Recreation Attendant

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

O’Level

OVERALL SCOPE

Assist in the overall planning of recreation locations, which includes kids club, futsal ground, basket ground, kids’ playground, and indoor, and outdoor sports activities.

SCOPE OF WORK 

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising recreational activities.
• Carry out picnic island entertainment for all age levels as per the schedule.
• Assist in the setup, maintenance and cleaning of the recreation location.
• Inform the supervisor regarding shortage of inventory of the facility, sports equipment and tools of the recreation locations.
• Attend to guests during recreational activities, such as swimming, basketball, and tennis
• Handle and maintain all picnic island properties and equipment with utmost care.
• Ensure that all guests are engaged with day/evening and night entertainment as required.
• Examine injured guests and guide them to first-aid treatment.
• Maintain and update daily activity logs.

• Possess adequate excursion and event management skills.
• Should be well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
• Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
• Should be able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Sales background and ability to hit target sales.
• Excellent customer service, planning, organizing and evaluating skills

SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR 10,500.00
