MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT 

  • Diploma in a relevant field. (OR)
  • O’Level with minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field.


OVERALL SCOPE

Coordinate works/activities of the section under the guidance of the supervisor.


SCOPE OF WORK 

  • Schedule and coordinate work /activities of Kudagiri as per the instructions of the Supervisor.
  • Monitor staff attendance, overtime and leaves in accordance with the set policies.
  • Supervise staff in relation to duties and work assignments under the guidance of supervisor.
  • Prepare and monitor purchase requirements and maintenance needs of the section.
  • Attend to daily correspondences of the section.
  • Perform administrative work in a timely manner and record meeting minutes if required.
  • Maintain all records related to the section in an easily retrievable manner where required.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports of the section, when required.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure occupational health and safety practices are in place in relation to relevant standards and procedures under the guidance of the Head of Section.


JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and management skills.
  • Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.


SALARY PACKAGE

Gross Salary of MVR 17,000.00
